What You Will Do
As an RN in the Surgery Unit at Seton Northwest Hosptial, you will
have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in accordance
with established policies, procedures and protocols of the
Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and
communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care.
Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team.
The Seton Northwest Hospital offers convenient and comprehensive
health services for our neighbors in northwest Austin. This 124-bed
hospital provides a broad range of complex medical surgical
services in a warm, friendly environment. We are looking for a
dynamic RN for our Operating Room to be part of a five-suite, high
tech surgery department. We are EXPANDING! By Summer 2019, Seton
Northwest Hospital will have 7 OR suites in our Surgical Services
Unit. We are searching for the best and brightest RN around the
country to be key members of our organization. The Surgery
department is available for a variety of outpatient and inpatient
surgical procedures, including daVinci robotic surgery (XI and SI).
Services include: General/Sports/Urology/GYN. Join the team

Collaborate with physicians, patients and their families, nurses,
therapists, social workers and other members of the patient care
team to develop a patient specific care and treatment plan.

and condition using required documents, reports and established

What You Will Need
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of
