Responsibilities would include circulating for any emergent
Operating Room cases in multiple specialties, including: general
surgery, OB/GYN, urology, orthopedics, vascular, and neurology.
Candidate would have oversight of the surgical technicians on the
shift. Other duties would include utilization of time when no cases
are scheduled, by stocking supplies, checking for out-dates, and
maintaining survey readiness in the department. Critical thinking
and critical judgement skills a must.
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing. BSN/CNOR
is preferred but not required.
One to three years of O.R. nursing experience in multiple
EPIC experience a plus, but will train.
Licensed and currently registered in the Commonwealth of
Valid Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
