Position Title: Physician Assistant **Generous Signing Bonus Available**
Company Name: Saperia Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Inc.
Sector: Medical

Our purpose here at Saperia Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is to handle each and every patient visit with care and proficiency. It is also highly important to us that our Doctor/Patient relationship is open and honest. It is my responsibility to make sure patients are well-informed about their conditions and the multiple choices of treatment.

We believe in meeting patients' individual needs through comprehensive evaluation and treatment designed to help them achieve an active, pain-free lifestyle. Many musculoskeletal conditions can be treated by non-surgical techniques; surgery is just one treatment option. We combine leading edge techniques with proven traditional methods to provide our patients with the best orthopaedic care possible.

We are seeking a PA to join our team. The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited program for Physician Assistants, hold a Bachelor's degree and be eligible for Massachusetts Board of Registration for Physician Assistants. The candidate must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, organized, able to accept direction, and possess strong communication skills.

Orthopedic experience (specifically in a clinical hip, knee, and/or shoulder setting) is preferred but not required. Orthopedic rotations required for applicants who are new graduates.

Required Skills: Working closely with the attending orthopedist, the PA will be involved in all aspects of inpatient and outpatient care, including assistance in the operating room, seeing patients in an office setting, the coordination of treatment and assistance in management of pre-operative and post-operative care, and discharge planning. The PA will also function as a resource for information for patients, families and other medical and administrative personnel.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and CPR certification required
