The Manager is responsible for the dialysis facility for day and
evening shifts. This position assists Clinical Director in the
operations of the unit, including responsibility for the medicine,
equipment, staff and patients. Position duties will also include
patient assignments. The Nurse Manager will serve as a clinical
resource person for the facility's staff, patients, and other
persons, as well as coordinate or perform special project duties
and responsiblities. In addition, the position will analyze and
track data, including lab results, collected by the patient care
staff to identify trends and the need for intervention in order to
improve outcomes for the patient.
Associate Arts degree in Nursing required, Bachelor of Science
degree in nursing preferred. Current Washington State Registered
Nurse license. Preferred dialysis and management experience.
